If you arrive early, we appreciate your understanding and patience, as Kat may still be finishing with another client or preparing for your session. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Oasis Beauty by Kat! As a small business, your appointments are very important to me. To ensure I can continue providing the best possible service, please take note of the following policy:
48-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may need it.
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. This helps me cover the time reserved for you.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.
